Herbstaster's colt by Pavarotti is three weeks old today!

We are very proud of our 23 year old mare, Herbstaster *Pb* and excited to welcome our newest and last foal of this year. Another bay colt by Pavarotti and out of the Advanced Level Eventing Mare, Herbstaster *Pb*. He was born on May 27th, 2011. This boy is BIG. Look for his page in the near future where we will have many photos and video!

Chuki will be leaving for his wonderful new home in Colorado in early June! Congratulations to Christy Shires on the purchase of Huachuca. Have fun with him and best of luck!!!

Chuki competed in Southern California in the Open Novice division at The Event at 3 Day Ranch, March 18-20. He was a GOOD BOY and very focused, finishing on his dressage score of 25.2

Mystic competed at his second event in the Open Novice Division at Galway Downs on February 5-6. He finished in 2nd Place and was a very good boy. A big thank you to Barbara Crabo on the wonderful job she has done training him!

Arya is progressing in her training and going well walk, trot, and canter. She pleasantly does what is asked of her. She is very smart, willing and a talented mover. Already trail rides alone. Congratulations to Courney Ells and Libbie *M* for earning the 2010 USEA Area X Horse of the Year at Training Level! Libbie *M* is a daughter of our sweet mare Lucie by Enrico Caruso *Ps*E*. Lucie has produced three other offspring for us - 2007 filly Lickity Split, 2008 gelding Lexington Wind, and 2009 gelding Louie all by the Trakehner stallion Windfall *Pg*.

At his second show, competing at Novice at Galway Downs the first weekend in November 2010, Chuki was in 1st place out of 17 horses after dressage and stadium. Eight time penalties being conservative into the water on cross country brought him to 7th place. GREAT JOB BARB!!! Good show and huge confidence builder for our boy.
